Role Description:
The Social Media Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role in Tampa, FL, roughly fifteen to twenty hours a week on a flexible schedule with regular on-site time for content capture. It plans and runs a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, and You Tube, along with the company's profile. The role shoots and edits photo and video on active job sites, including before-and-after documentation, crew features, and time-lapse work, and writes posts that suit a targeted client audience and a trades audience alike. It also produces recruiting content, keeps the Google Business Profile current, helps generate and respond to customer reviews, reports monthly on engagement, and handles light design for various company needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience producing content in or for commercial construction, roofing, or a related trade.• Demonstrated experience managing social accounts for a business, with a portfolio or live accounts available for review.• Photo and video shooting and editing skills, primarily phone-based, with proficiency in standard editing and design tools.• Strong writing ability, with the range to address both commercial clients and field trades.• Comfort working around active job sites. Safety orientation and OSHA 10 is provided and required.• Self-directed and consistent, with a track record of publishing on schedule.• Ability to travel to job sites for content capture.
