Hillside Fellowship is seeking a Hillside Kids Team Lead to guide the day-to-day ministry for Hillside Kids, implementing the Family Ministries strategy while developing staff, strengthening systems, and ensuring safe, engaging environments for children and families. The role partners with the Director of Family Ministries to lead weekend services, midweek programs, and special events, building scalable, healthy ministry growth with a servant-hearted leadership approach.
