Job Title: Loader/Unloader

Job Description: Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading goods, materials, or products, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and products are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities: Loading/Unloading: Safely load products, materials, or goods onto vehicles, conveyor belts, or other equipment for transportation or processing. Inventory Management: Count and record the quantity and type of items being loaded or unloaded to maintain accurate inventory records. Quality Control: Inspect products for any visible damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor or quality control personnel. Material Handling: Use appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks, to facilitate loading and unloading activities. Efficiency: Ensure efficient loading/unloading to meet production and delivery schedules, making the best use of available space and time. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including drivers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel, to coordinate loading and unloading activities. Communication: Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse work, or a related role is a plus but not required. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
