Qualifications:
The successful applicant for this position must possess and/or show evidence of the following:
- Valid WV Certificate in the area for which applying.
- The ability to work with a school to support learning as a health care provider and manager in the school setting.
- The ability to advocate for the health rights of children and promote an optimal level of wellness for students and staff.
- Exhibits the following roles:
- Manager of health care
- Deliverer of health services
- Advocate for health rights of children
- Consultant for the health concerns of students, families, and staff
- Promoter of sound health care practices within the school and community.
