About the role

Redeemer Brooklyn seeks an Assistant Pastor of Formation & Community Life to shepherd the church community, oversee spiritual formation, and lead pastoral care. You will collaborate with the Senior Pastor to shape discipleship culture and oversee membership processes, while guiding community groups and staff. The role includes preaching 8–10 times yearly, leading worship on Sundays, and developing leadership within the church body.
