About the role
Versana, an industry-backed fintech, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and COO, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of complex programs while bringing structure and accountability to high-priority initiatives.
You will lead multi-workstream efforts with product, sales, operations, legal, and compliance, developing executive materials and board-ready decks, KPIs, and risk-mitigation strategies to scale the business.
