About the role
Next Fifty Initiative is a five-year-old Colorado-based private foundation dedicated to funding mission-driven initiatives that improve the lives of the older adult population and their caregivers. We seek to fund game-changing efforts to improve and sustain quality of life for people in their second 50 years. Next Fifty Initiative educates about proven initiatives and advocates for transformational change. We consider ourselves an engine for innovation that transforms aging. ABOUT THE POSITION:
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People & Culture is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources and culture practices, including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, performance management, compensation, compliance, training and development, and policy and procedure development. This new position will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and operation of HR functions that support the success of Next Fifty Initiative. It is a hands-on position and will require flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to fully engage in the needs of the organization.
