About the role
Tampa Tank - Florida Structural Steel a Precision Build Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR practices, compliance, and employee relations. You will manage benefits, performance, training, recruitment, payroll support, and ensure legal compliance across the organization, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Travel to build relationships with teams and outside stakeholders may be required.
