The company specializes in assisting clients with selecting the perfect jewelry item for clients, exceptional customer service, refurbishing family heirlooms, and presenting our established designer collection.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate role located in the Chevy Chase area with opportunities to work in Washington, DC as well. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience through retail sales of luxury jewelry, and repair intake and delivery.
Qualifications:
Communication and Customer Service skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Two plus years of Luxury Retail Sales experience is a must Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment Previous experience in luxury retail sales is a must Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is necessary Clientele and reach out to perspective consumers
