About the role
Conviso Inc is hiring SAP CRM Support Specialist role, this is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The Ideal Candidate would serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP CRM Grantor environment.
Title: SAP CRM Support Specialist
Location: Remote - EST Hours
Clearance: Public Trust Eligible Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess current-state SAP CRM Grantor documentation, processes, configurations, and functionality.
- Conduct business process analysis and design reviews to identify gaps, risks, and potential upgrade impacts.
- Identify and document mission-critical Grantor functionality, customizations, interfaces, and data integration dependencies.
- Analyze potential issues and challenges associated with SAP CRM and technical upgrades.
- Support upgrade planning, test strategy, test planning, and business readiness activities.
- Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, integration, reporting, and testing teams.
- Document findings, recommendations, dependencies, risks, and required remediation activities.
- Support stakeholder discussions and ensure business requirements and functional impacts are accurately captured.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP CRM functional experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP CRM, preferably SAP CRM Grantor functionality.
- Experience with business process analysis, functional documentation, and solution/design reviews.
- Experience supporting SAP upgrades, modernization, migration, or technical transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP interfaces, integrations, customizations, and data dependencies.
- Experience with test planning, UAT, and upgrade readiness activities. Desired Skills & Domain Experience
- Federal/Government project experience preferred.
- Direct experience with Grantor Management / Grants Management environments.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP technical upgrades.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting, BOBJ/WebI, and downstream system dependencies.
- SAP CRM or related SAP certification is a plus.
