About Us: Our client, an AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking an Attorney, to join our Dallas office in our Insurance Coverage Defense Practice Group. This team handles first-party property and third-party liability coverage at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation. With 40+ years of experience and many offices across the nations with 130+ attorneys, the firm provides strong career advancement opportunities, including a well-defined path to partnership and potential equity ownership for growth-oriented attorneys.

  • You should know some of the following:
  • Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skills 2-10 years of coverage experience
  • Strong time management and communication abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
  • Writing sample required
  • Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
