This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards in support of the Oracle Modernization ProjectDesired Skills/ExperienceExperience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, LearningExperience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & AdministrationExperience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validationPrior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall AnalysisExperience on Oracle JourneysExperience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalationFamiliar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
