About the role

Kickstarter is seeking an experienced Director of Tax to lead the global indirect tax function and oversee direct tax matters. You will shape strategy, build and mentor a high‑performing team, and modernize tax technology while working across Finance, Legal, Product, and Accounting to support global expansion and new markets. You’ll own the VAT and sales tax program, drive process improvements, and serve as the internal tax authority for executive leadership.
