Catholic Charities of Long Island is seeking an experienced Chief Program Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its diverse network of services on Long Island. The role reports to the CEO and drives ministry excellence, Catholic identity, and financial sustainability. The CPO will lead senior program staff across Addiction Treatment, Senior Services, Maternity & Nutrition, Mental Health, Residential Services, Parish Social Ministry, and CARES, while traveling to CCLI
