RP DEFENSE LAW APC, a boutique criminal defense firm, seeks a remote intake specialist (Colombia-based) to be the first voice callers hear. You screen inquiries, capture facts, and move the right cases toward booked consultations with precision and speed. You will log leads in Lawmatics, coordinate handoffs with sales and legal teams, and strive to convert inquiries into signed consultations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with CRM experience and strong written communication.
