About This Role:
Northern Shore Capital is a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investing in healthcare services and consumer multi-site businesses. Founded by experienced operators and private equity professionals, the firm brings a blend of entrepreneurial empathy and institutional rigor to its portfolio partnerships. The Associate / Senior Associate will play a meaningful role across all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support, working closely with Managing Directors and Partners. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, growing platform with direct exposure to senior leadership, portfolio company management, and external advisors. Key responsibilities include owning deal processes, managing diligence workstreams, building detailed financial models, conducting industry and competitive research, preparing investment committee materials, and building relationships with intermediaries to drive deal flow. The role also involves coordinating with third-party diligence providers (legal, accounting, consulting) and supporting the development of sector-level investment themes. Northern Shore Capital offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to the full private equity investment cycle in healthcare services and consumer sectors. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
