About the role

Alene Candles is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor - 1st Shift at our New Albany, Ohio site to oversee pour end manufacturing. You will assist the Production Supervisor, manage both permanent and temporary staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements on the line. The role emphasizes 5S, training, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance to meet production targets and continuous improvement goals.
