With a customer-first mindset, we optimize both the people and process sides of PLM adoption to help organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage enterprise-wide engineering and/or manufacturing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) programs/projects and related specific activities as a consultative service with a focus on high-quality delivery on time and on budget. Project types vary and could involve business process improvements, new PLM implementation, integrations, complex data migrations, upgrades, enhancements, or others.Manage internal company initiative projects as assignedDefine objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to frame project delivery tasksPlan, schedule, and control activities to fulfill identified objectives applying technical, managerial, and leadership skills to satisfy project requirementsDevelop and enforce integrated project plans representing appropriate levels of detailRecord and manage project issues, escalating when necessaryResolve cross-functional issues at the project levelManage project scope and change controlProvide consistent and accurate status reports as required by clients and for internal governanceLead risk identification, mitigation and contingency planning, and tracking with the project teamAllocate work among team members and provide guidance on work tasks as neededEnsure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on timeIntegrate with clients and colleagues to effectively lead project team and build positive professional relationshipsEstablish and maintain high performing team and serve as project advocate within the organizationEnsure alignment on project goals and deliverables with a focus on providing value to clientsSupport Business Development team as required to develop detailed scope of work, resource plan, and initial scheduleSupport objectives within the organization to improve Delivery and PMO operationsAbout the CandidateYou are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment. You bring a strong work ethic, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues, and maintaining focus on delivering value to clients.RequirementsKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceU.S. Citizen (required for FA&D role).Consulting experience required.5+ years of experience with enterprise-level software development project management, specifically for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software such as PTC FlexPLM, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes?ENOVIAProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under changing priorities.Availability for travel as required (typically less than 10%).PMP certification is a plus.Core CompetenciesPlans and Aligns Effectively plans, prioritizes, and stages project work to meet commitments while aligning activities with organizational and client objectives.Manages Complexity Navigates complex, multi-faceted PLM programs by analyzing information from multiple sources, identifying risks, and resolving issues efficiently.Collaborates Builds strong partnerships with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared project goals and maintain positive working relationships.Drives Results Consistently delivers outcomes on time and on budget, maintaining focus and momentum even in challenging project environments.Communicates Effectively Clearly conveys project status, risks, and expectations across varied audiences, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
