Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Multi‑Family Superintendent to lead high-quality paint and drywall work on family‑residential projects in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee all phases of construction, coordinate site operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multi‑family/commercial builds, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. This is an on‑site role with travel to various sites as needed.
