Role Overview: The Auto Claim Bodily Injury Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to a team of auto claims professionals handling liability and bodily injury exposures. This individual will guide claim strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, elevate claim quality, and foster a culture of customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of auto adjusters, providing direction on investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and overall claim handling strategy Review and approve settlement recommendations and guide complex liability and bodily injury claim decisions Ensure compliance with state regulations, internal guidelines, and industry best practices Monitor and manage performance metrics including cycle time, severity, quality audit results, and customer satisfaction Provide advanced technical expertise on liability analysis, injury valuation, and negotiation strategy Identify training needs and deliver ongoing mentorship and professional development Collaborate with internal partners including Legal, SIU, Subrogation, and Medical Management teams Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and resolution focus This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a financially secure and growth-oriented organization while leading a high-performing claims team.
