About the role
- Job Description Are you a diesel mechanic who prefers the open road over the same shop every day? We're hiring a Diesel Field Service / Road Service Technician based out of Exeter, NH to support trucks, trailers, motor coaches, and some heavy equipment throughout New England.
- This role offers strong hourly pay, commission upside, and independence, backed by a professional dispatch and support team.

- On-call rotation required
- Significant travel across New England interstates (often 50+ miles in any direction)
- Perform emergency roadside repairs and mobile diagnostics on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment
- Perform brake work, electrical work, tire removal and installation. AC and emission system maintenance.
- Use modern diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Communicate clearly with Dispatch, Parts, and Management to keep jobs moving
- Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and receipts
- Provide professional, calm, customer-focused service
- Diesel mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on repair experience
- Comfortable working independently in roadside and outdoor environments
- Experience with diesel diagnostic software
- Valid drivers license
