Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) is recruiting an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Solutions Architect for a long-term contract role with a global manufacturing company client. Start date:
Must be available to start within the next ~4 weeks Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week; 40 hours/full-time is preferred
Travel:
Not anticipated Candidates must reside within the continental US and must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future
Requirements:
6+ years of recent experience as an ERP system Solutions Architect within the manufacturing industry Must have experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs Experience with master data governance and enterprise reporting solutions Strong business process analysis and solution design capability Experience supporting global ERP implementations and rollouts for manufacturing companies with plants in multiple locations/countries is strongly preferred Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and Power BIExperience managing external vendors and consulting partners High level of personal accountability and attention to detail, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering against KPIs/SLAsStrong communication and decision-making skills; must be a confident presenter with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience working remotely with global teams and managing change across an organization College degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field of study

Experience within a manufacturing company that produces packaging products or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertTOGAF, ITIL, PMI, or similar certifications
Summary:
The Epicor Kinetic ERP Solutions Architect is responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional ERP teams, technical consultants, data and integration specialists, digital teams, and external implementation partners. The position ensures that Epicor Kinetic solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned to data and business objectives while maximizing the value of the organization's ERP investment. This role will own the overall ERP solution architecture. The Solutions Architect will play a key part in supporting the organization's digital transformation strategy by defining data-driven insights and ensuring high-quality, trusted business information and insights are available across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Data & Reporting teams to establish trusted enterprise data models. Define data ownership and master data governance standards. Develop solution architectures and technical design documentation. Produce integration specifications and process flows. Maintain ERP architecture standards. Identify opportunities to improve business productivity, system utilization, and automation. Drive adoption of new Epicor capabilities. Communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences. Influence solution outcomes across multiple regions and business units.
