Position Profile Answers phone and greet visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; forwards messages/information to staff; provides directional assistance and relays information; accepts deliveries and assists office personnel with clerical duties. Responsibilities§ Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner.§ Processes mail, faxes, office deliveries and death certificates.§ Provides quality clerical support.§ Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.§ Minimum two years multi-line phone experience.§ Working knowledge of multi-line phone system.§ Proficient computer skills.§ Ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone.
