About the role
Duties & Responsibilities:
Repair and Maintenance of building, presses and equipment throughtout the plant Operation of Forklift Responsible for supporting the team goals of the assembly, and press departments Responsible for particiaption in press set-ups, teamwork and continous improvement of press set-up time. Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tag out and electrical safe work practices Responsible for all PM Tasks, corrective actions, and improvements to assigned rquipment. Required to follow all maintenance systems and proper documentation procedures as outlines in the work instructions, including preventative maintenance procedures, downtime recording procedure and work orders May receive direction from Production Supervisors Working RequirementsSome knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNCs, washers, assembly machines, and automation equipment Must be mechanically inclines and have a desire to work on machinery and related equipment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel and related programs Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 compliance EducationHigh school diploma or GED required Trade school or some college preferred Experience 2 years of experience in Plant Maintenance desired.
