Dorman is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to lead the operational infrastructure supporting the Heavy Duty segment. You will drive analytics, automation, and BI to improve decision-making, customer service, and performance across Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will oversee CRM and commercial systems, set service standards, and guide the Customer Service team toward growth goals, efficiency, and superior customer experiences.
