Your Responsibilities As a Licensed Health Insurance Representative, you’ll use your insurance knowledge and customer service skills to help customers get the answers and support they need. Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations with professionalism and empathy Help customers understand health insurance coverage, plan options, pricing, and contract terms. Listen carefully, identify customer needs, and work to resolve questions during the first interaction. Support customer retention by addressing concerns and helping customers identify appropriate solutions Protect confidential customer and healthcare information while following required policies and procedures. What you will bring Active Resident Health Insurance License in your state - REQUIRED. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. College degree preferred but not required. Your Remote Work Setup Because this is a work-from-home position, you'll need A dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 30ms).
