About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams. This executive will partner with Operations, Sales, Field Services, Quality, and Leadership to drive product innovation, manufacturing excellence, regulatory compliance, and continued growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience with elevators, vertical transportation, industrial equipment, PLCs, controls, automation, or related systems is highly preferred.
