About the role
Grindr is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to partner with product, design, and engineering teams to derive insights, run experiments, and influence product decisions. You will build production-ready models, scale analyses, and mentor teammates while advancing the Data Science function within Grindr.
You will work across diverse data domains and apply statistical rigor to experiments, aiming to improve recommendations, detection systems, and user experience at scale.
