About the role
To support the training initiatives of The UPS Store franchise network, the full-time Instructional Design Videographer Specialist will create engaging video content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage video production processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate with team members and SMEs to conceptualize and develop video training content
Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards are met
Edit video and audio footage, incorporating graphics and special effects for effective instructional materials
Required qualifications
Proficiency in video cameras, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in video production and editing
Bachelor's Degree in Video Production, Visual Communications, or related discipline preferred
Strong storytelling abilities and visual design sense for creating engaging video content
