About the role
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time temporary FINRA Licensed Sales Representative will manage incoming calls from investment professionals and plan sponsors, interpreting product details and regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls regarding various insurance products and services, providing consultative expertise
Document conversations and maintain records to enhance member relationships and ensure compliance with FINRA regulations
Educate customers on tax implications and benefits related to their plans and contracts
Required qualifications
Associate's Degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
Knowledge of insurance products and the sales process, including relevant state and local laws
Preferred certifications include FINRA Series 6 and/or 26 licenses
Proficiency with computers and common office software
