About the role
Description:
The Director of Children’s Ministry provides spiritual and operational leadership for FBA’s ministry to children in grades K-5, creating a Christ-centered environment where children hear the Gospel, grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and are connected to the life of the church.
Qualifications:
Must have a growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ Must align with FBA’s Statement of Faith, beliefs, mission, and values Must be a current member of FBA or enrolled in First Class with the intention of becoming a member within the first three months of employment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field strongly preferred Previous experience serving or leading in Children’s Ministry required Demonstrated ability to lead staff and recruit, train, and equip volunteers Strong interpersonal, relational, verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to develop and implement short- and long-range ministry goals, programs, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point Must support and model FBA’s culture and service expectations, including the Red Carpet Standard (H.E.A.R.T.) and 3M Strategy Need info on how to become a Business Ministry Partner?
