About the role

The Administrative Specialist supports multiple company divisions by performing general office duties, managing incoming calls, assisting with customer registration, and contributing to inventory, accounting, and anti-piracy projects.
Key Responsibilities: Clerical & Office Support: Manage daily correspondence, perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and operate a multi-line phone system. Business Operations: Maintain schedules, coordinate inventory transfers and logistics, and compile operational reports. Research & Analysis: Gather data, draft summaries, and manage internal tracking systems to support business decisions. Customer Service: Assist customers via phone or email with the registration process, provide reception support, and handle inquiries professionally. Special Projects: Assist with accounting tasks, inventory management, anti-piracy initiatives, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace. ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software preferred. Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment. Adaptability: Versatility, flexibility, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Strong computer skills. Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette. Strong attention to detail.
