Role: NOC – L4 Onsite Network Engineer (G4)
Employment type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (Issaquah, WA)
Job Description: -Experience: 10+ years in enterprise network operations or engineering
Responsibilities:
Lead technical command on P1 major network incidents and run the bridge with client teams.- Coordinate onsite smart hands and IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities at the client's corporate site.- Own carrier and OEM escalations for circuits and devices.- Represent the NOC in client change reviews and approve offshore change plans.- Lead RCA for major network incidents and track corrective actions.- Act as the onsite link between the client and the offshore NOC team.
Required skills:
- Deep expertise in routing and switching, WAN/SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM and firewalls.- Hands-on with NNM, Thousand Eyes, NetScout, Infoblox, Palo Alto Firewalls and SASE.- Strong Service
- Now incident, problem and change experience; PagerDuty preferred.- Excellent client-facing communication.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, ITIL v4 Foundation
