About the role

Current is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to serve as the embedded financial partner to firm and regional leadership. Reporting to the Regional VP, this role will own financial planning, reporting, forecasting, business analytics, and cost management while helping leaders understand operational drivers behind performance. The ideal candidate combines FP&A expertise with strong business judgment, executive presence, and willingness to work directly in the details.
