Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily banquet and F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery Support hiring, training, and supervision of banquet staff Assist in scheduling and coordinating teams to meet event requirements Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, and execution Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all event spaces Support inventory control, equipment management, and vendor coordination Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events
Requirements:
