We have been engaged to help this US OEM of end of line packaging equipment to find a Regional Sales Manager for a brand-new territory in the Midwest. While no one has ever resided in the territory before, they have customers and business someone will inherit. You will be the 2nd outside salesperson for this company and have an opportunity to build your legacy and grow a company with a big backing as a support system. You will run your territory like its your own personal business, calling on customers in food and CPG weekly and opening and closing sales. This company has full-service coverage and support in the US and is a well-known and established company that is now starting to have explosive growth. They proudly have excellent equipment offerings and tons of US installments. This role comes with a base salary dependent on experience and uncapped commissions as well as a car allowance. They participate in all major trade shows and have a small leadership team you will have direct access to. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following: Reside in Il, WI, MI, MN, IA, MO, or INExperience with end of line packaging and robotics. Palletizers, stretch wrappers, Fanuc robotics, and integration. Willingness to be on the road weekly, visiting customers in your region. Successful experience opening new accounts Experience selling machinery into food and CPG customers.
