About the role

I’m recruiting for 4 BDRs to join a growing AI company as they build out their first U.S. sales team. They already have 200+ customers, including PepsiCo, Amazon, Victoria’s Secret, Wynn Hotels, Nintendo, Lego, and Shake Shack, and they recently closed a significant Series A.The product is an AI-powered training platform built specifically for frontline workers. It turns existing training content into short, branded videos that can be delivered directly through WhatsApp, SMS, Teams, Slack, or email. No app. No login. What makes this BDR role interesting📞 ~85% outbound / phone-first sales motion☎️ ~275 dials per day🎯 9 SQLs / 26 meetings per month💰 65K-75K base | 90K- 100K OTE🏠 Fully remote | ET or CT preferred📈 Clear path to AE in about a year for top performers💻 HubSpot, Amplemarket, Nooks, Sales Navigator + AI tools💡 Equity included You’ll have a GTM/RevOps team building your lists, so you can focus on what you’re actually being hired to do: prospect, cold call, create conversations, and book meetings. The product is also pretty impressive. A customer can upload a PDF, Word document, or presentation into the AI platform and turn it into a branded training video with narration, quizzes, subtitles, and translation in seconds. The U.S. team is being built across CPG, Hospitality, QSR, and Retail, so there is a lot of opportunity to grow as the team develops.
Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • One medical plan fully funded for employees
  • HSA with company contribution
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Equity
  • Fully remote work
  • Clear path to AEWho I'm looking for
The ideal background is 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience with a strong outbound and cold-calling background. This is not an inbound lead-follow-up role. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, making a high volume of calls, handling rejection, and staying consistent. If you’re looking for a BDR role where you can learn quickly, sell a product that gets people excited, and have a clear path to AE, I’d love to talk.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
