About the role

Tessolve is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for NPI in the Bay Area to lead system-level product development from concept to production ramp. This hands-on role blends design, prototyping, and high-volume manufacturing to deliver complex products. The successful candidate will drive DFM/DFA improvements, develop CAD models and docs, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure production readiness and lifecycle support.
