Online Marketplace & Digital Marketing Specialist Kerae Medical is a growing Medical Equipment and Supply company dedicated to providing high-quality durable medical equipment (DME) that improves comfort, mobility, independence, and quality of life for patients. We are seeking an experienced Online Marketplace & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, and drive sales across our website, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both marketing- and sales-driven, with hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, lead generation, and social media. Experience in medical supplies, DME, healthcare, or related industries is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote DME products and increase online sales. Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart etc, and other e-commerce marketplaces. Create and improve product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other listing elements to maximize traffic and conversions. Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and other online channels. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linkin, Facebook, Instagram and other digital advertising campaigns. Respond to customer inquiries, assist with online orders, and support the customer journey from inquiry to purchase. Monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular marketing and sales reports. Apply SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and product rankings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and product information comply with applicable DME, healthcare, and company standards. Design or coordinate the creation of 3D graphics, product visuals, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Identify new online sales opportunities, marketplace trends, and strategies for increasing revenue. Stay current with digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and healthcare marketing trends.
Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, online marketplaces, and/or online sales. Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising platforms. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert online traffic into sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Experience in DME, medical supplies, healthcare, or medical equipment sales is a plus. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing/compliance guidelines is a plus. Basic IT and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus. Experience with graphic design or 3D product visualization is a plus.
