Position Summary BrightPath Kids is seeking a high‑performing finance professional to join our team as a Finance Analyst Associate. This role offers meaningful exposure to strategic decision‑making, acquisitions, financial planning, performance reporting, and operational analysis within a fast‑growing, private equity‑backed organization. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and Corporate Development, this individual will help evaluate business opportunities, build financial insights, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment who is looking to bring that skill set into an operating business.
What You’ll Do Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning
Support budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and variance analysis
Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and performance opportunities
Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities, including diligence, quality of earnings review, and synergy analysis
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Support post‑acquisition integration modeling and performance tracking
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials for executive leadership and board stakeholders
Analyze operating performance across revenue streams, cost structures, and geographic markets
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into business performance and key trends
Partner with Operations, FP&A, and business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
Conduct ad hoc analyses, market research, competitive benchmarking, and pricing‑related work
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a similarly rigorous analytical role
Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Advanced financial modeling skills, including three‑statement models, discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, and sensitivity analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables. VBA or macros experience is a plus
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, executive‑ready materials
Experience developing and analyzing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is preferred
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
U.S. work authorization required
