About the role
ROLLINGHILLS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee daily operations of the rehab department across designated facilities. You will supervise PT/OT/SLP staff, coordinate schedules, and implement new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving quality care for inpatient and outpatient populations. Travel to facilities may be required, and a strong leadership background is essential.
