This role is designed for a consultative sales leader with a strong "farmer" mindsetfocused on deepening relationships, expanding solution footprints, and maximizing lifetime account value.The Client Partner will serve as the primary executive relationship owner, aligning business outcomes with digital, engineering, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions. This role requires strong healthcare domain expertise, executive presence, and a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account GrowthOwn and drive revenue growth across assigned healthcare enterprise accountsDevelop and execute multi-year account expansion strategiesIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital, analytics, engineering, and AI/ML servicesExpand Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and contractual relationshipsExecutive Stakeholder EngagementBuild trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives including:CIOs, CTOs, CMIOsClinical leadershipBusiness operations leadersLead executive-level conversations focused on digital transformation and operational improvementServe as the escalation point and executive sponsor for account healthSolution Expansion & Delivery AlignmentCollaborate with delivery, engineering, and solution teams to ensure client outcomes are metTranslate client needs into scalable, customized service offeringsEnsure seamless alignment between sales commitments and delivery executionAccount Strategy & ForecastingOwn account-level forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue projectionsDevelop quarterly and annual growth plansMonitor account health metrics and proactively manage riskRequired Qualifications715 years of experience in enterprise healthcare account management or consultative salesStrong background in healthcare technology services or digital transformation solutionsDemonstrated success in:Growing enterprise healthcare accountsExpanding MSAs and multi-service engagementsDeep understanding of:Healthcare operationsClinical systems and workflowsRevenue cycle, payer/provider ecosystemsProven executive communication and negotiation skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience selling digital, engineering, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML solutionsBackground in consulting, IT services, or healthcare transformation programsEstablished network within Dallas or Memphis healthcare markets
