About the role
- Design, plan, develop, and edit technical training content for various Semiconductor Test products and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate information, identify user requirements, and ensure accuracy and consistency of content
- Apply best practices and learning standards for technical training, such as style, tone, format, and terminology
- Use appropriate tools and technologies to create, manage, and publish training content in both SCORM and .MD formats to support LMS and MCP systems
- Review and update existing content to reflect changes, enhancements, and feedback
- Conduct quality assurance checks and user testing to ensure usability and functionality of the training materials
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the industry*We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.*This position is not eligible for sponsorship

- Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS or a related field. Training or instructional design experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging training content for technical audiences
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, and waterfall
- Familiarity with training development tools and technologies and how to effectively use AI to augment content development
- Familiarity with software products and platforms, such as Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, web, cloud, and mobile
- Portfolio of previous training samples, including development labs that re-enforce lessons learned
