About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our U.S. team in Seattle. This role will partner closely with business leaders and employees in the U.S. while collaborating with global and China-based teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who understands the U.S. employment environment, can effectively support business growth and organizational development, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Key Responsibilities1.Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical HR solutions.2.Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, and offboarding.3.Advise managers on organizational development, workforce planning, performance improvement, and people-related matters.4.Handle employee relations matters and support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations.5.Work closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers on workforce planning and key hiring initiatives.6.Support compensation reviews, performance cycles, talent reviews, and other HR programs.7.Collaborate effectively with U.S. and China-based stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-regional communication and HR operations.8.Help improve HR policies, processes, and employee experience as the U.S. organization continues to grow. Qualifications1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.2.5+ years of HRBP or relevant generalist HR experience, preferably supporting teams in the U.S.3.Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.4.Experience partnering directly with business leaders and managers.5.Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.6.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.7.Comfortable working across different cultures, functions, and time zones.
