About the role

The Weitz Company is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to support our Denver, CO office. You will lead the full preconstruction process, develop accurate estimates, and guide transition to construction to deliver client goals. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of estimating or project management experience, strong leadership, and a track record in fast-paced environments. BIM/LEED knowledge is valued; data center experience is a plus.
