About the role

Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Location: Winchester, VAA well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout the Winchester, VA region.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Commercial construction project management experience required
  • Experience with senior living, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
