About the role

Job Title: Typesetter for African Publications in Atlanta As a Typesetter for African Publications in Atlanta, you will be responsible for designing and formatting text and images for various print and digital media projects. You will work closely with editors, designers, and other members of the publishing team to ensure that all content is accurately represented and visually appealing. Your main duties will include selecting appropriate fonts, adjusting spacing and layout, and preparing files for printing or online distribution. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This position requires proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress. Experience working with African languages or publications is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, but candidates from all countries are welcome to apply as we offer free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements.
