Employee Benefits:
Account Executive to join our client’s team in Wayne, PA, with in-office presence 2x per week. This role manages and services a complex benefits portfolio, providing strategic counsel and exceptional client servicing.
You will collaborate with internal service teams and carrier partners, lead renewal strategy, and tailor funding arrangements (fully insured, level-funded, self-funded) while staying current on ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA.
