About the role

Role: Provide nursing care to residents in a supportive, home-like environment on PRN shifts.
Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment; monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans; document responses; administer medications; manage medication supplies; adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN or LVN license as per state regulations; current Virginia licensing.
