Compensation: $14.50 - $15 hourlyResponsibilities:
Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctWork with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsManage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programsGreet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card informationField customer complaints when necessaryQualifications:1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentHas previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsAbout CompanyOur property's vision is to have a positive impact.
